On January 10, 2023 Patricia A. Clark passed away in her sleep.
Pat is survived by her husband of 58 years, Tony; three children Kim, Paula, and Todd; six grandchildren Carissa (Anthony), Brienne, Katy, Jackson, Kendahl, and Kelsey; one brother Jimmy; and many nieces and nephews.
Honoring her wishes cremation was chosen. There will be a graveside service only Saturday, January 21 at noon at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40216.
