Paul C. Smith, 69, passed away Tuesday October 25, 2016 at Signature Health Care.
He was born to the late Ashford and Nellie Flaherty Smith in Louisville on June 16, 1947. He is also preceded in death by a son Scott Smith.
Paul was a retired inspector for Terminix and was an Army veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Derek (Erin) and Michael Smith with 3 grandchildren along with a sister Janelle Fraze.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 am at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00 till 7:00pm at the funeral home.
