Cecil, Peggie Ann View/Sign Guest Book CECIL, PEGGIE ANN, 48, of San Pedro, CA, and formerly of Louisville, passed away Monday, October 6, 2008. She was a self-employed barber. She is survived by a daughter, Afton T.Cain; mother, Sylvia Joyce Tomerlin; sister, Patti L. Chapman; and two brothers, Tracy L. Cecil and Paul E. Cecil. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Friday at O. D. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2727 S. Third St.
