58, of Louisville, passed away on November 15, 2015. Roy was a long-time member of Dixie Valley Church of God. He was born in Louisville on October 16, 1957, to Jessie and Bessie Davis. His father preceded him in death.
Survivors include his mother, Bessie; sister, Charolette Gail Theiler and brothers, Bill Mills, Mike Mills, and Jesse Davis.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral ceremony will be held Thursday at 10:30 am at the funeral home with burial following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
