Sampson Brooks

Sampson Brooks, 84, loving companion to Eula R. Thompson, passed away at Audubon Hospital on Friday February 8, 2013.
Sampson was preceded in death by parents George W. and Sarah Meredith Brooks and siblings Dick Brooks, Rex Brooks, Sally Thompson, Ruby Mialbach, and Mary Carroll.
Sampson was an avid sportsman, a Korean War Veteran, and worked for LGE as a crane operator for many years before moving into management.
Besides Eula, he leaves to cherish his memory, Michael Thompson, Dale (Carol) Thompson, Jay (Vicki) Thompson, and Sandra (Odie) Rigdon. He will also be missed by grandchildren, Shannon, Matthew, Amber,Cody, Stevie Jay, and Julie and great-grand children, Austin, Dalton, Conner, Zachary, Dylan, Blake, Carter, Adriel, Zoe, Jaxson, Cheyanne, and Eli, and brother Charles Brooks.
