Samuel Robert "Bobby' Johnson, 78, passed away on Monday January 30, 2017.
He was a sheet metal worker at Kirk and Blum and a member of Local 110 Union.
He enjoyed flea markets, yard sales, and spoiling his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Thelma Johnson, brothers James and William Johnson, sister June Willinger, and great-granddaughter, Layla Johnson.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Ann Johnson, son Tim Johnson, daughter Teresa Barren (Jason), granddaughters, Jessica Skaggs (Jared), Michaila Barren, Lauren Sylvester (Ben), great-grandchildren, Emma, Lyla, Adrian, Briar, and Casey along with brothers Donald and Larry Johnson.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 am at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-6pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Norton Children's Hospital, Dept. 86140, P O Box 950183, Louisville, KY 40295-0183.
