Sweeney, Sharon "Sue" View/Sign Guest Book Donate Now SWEENEY, SHARON "SUE," 63, of Louisville, passed from this life Wednesday January 14, 2009, at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was the former Sharon Peck, and a retired manager for the K-Mart on the Outer Loop where she worked for 21 years. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, James W. Sweeney Jr.; a son, James N. Sweeney; daughters, Tammy Riggs and Karen Cooper; her parents, Leonard and Geneva Perry; sisters, Shirley Daniels and Carol Hickle; brothers, Lenny and Randy Perry; six grandchildren; and seven-great grandchildren. A celebration of Mrs. Sweeney's life will be held 10 a.m. Friday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
