Susie E. Heuke ShareE-mail Visit Guest Book HEUKE, SUSIE E., 81, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at her residence.
She was born in Jeffersontown, KY to James Harvey and Oma E. (Surles) Phillips. She was a homemaker, a member of Hurstbourne Baptist Church and a former member of Shively Baptist Church for 51 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Harold Phillips.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Charles H. Heuke; her children, Phil Heuke (Brenda), Harold "Jerry" Heuke (Martha), Becky Walton (Bill), Debi Archer (Ron) and Tammy Hatcher (Chris); 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2 - 9 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday.
