Sylvia M. Shacklette, wife of James W. Shacklette, died April 17, 2012 at Jewish Hospital. She was a retired registered nurse and member of Magazine St. Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Besides her husband she is survived by her sons, Kenneth & Clinton Breckenridge and Victor & James Shacklette. 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Breckenridge.
