Cook, Timothy View/Sign Guest Book COOK, TIMOTHY, 55, of Shepherdsville, KY, passed away Saturday March 28, 2009 at the Jewish South Hospital. He is preceded in death by his father, Perry L. Cook; and a brother, Steven Cook. He is survived by his wife, Carol Wilkinson Cook; mother, Laura Cook; daughter, Tara DeRossett; stepchildren, Tammy Lynn Whitlock, Steven Dale Noe and William Scott Whitlock; brothers and sisters, Dennis Dale Cook (Tina), Perry Allen Cook (Diane) and Donna Kay Woolums (Wayne); nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service for Mr. Cook will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Okolona, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Monday. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Diabetes Foundation.
