EVALINE, TIMOTHY C., 51, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011.
He was a former maintenance employee for ZeoChem.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Cottner Evaline; children, Crystalyn Kay Evaline, Emily Dawn Nicholson (Wesley), Sarah Renae Evaline, Buddy Caummisar, and Cassie Caummisar; parents, Junior and Bonnie Evaline; siblings, Melissa Evaline and Zettie Cooley; and special in-laws, John and Goldeen Cottner.
His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday. Please visit www.headyhardy.com for further information.
