Venita A. Yurt, 74, wife to Bill Yurt, passed away on Monday March 31, 2014 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was born to the late Peter and Stella Poole Adkins on November 6, 1939 in Evansville, IN.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
She was a member of Kingdom Hall Shively Congregation of Jehovah's Witness.
Along with her husband of 55 years she is survived by their children, Vickie Dornbusch (Ed) and Tony Yurt (Bridget) and grandchildren; Sarah, Kane, William, Colin and great grandchildren; Lillian and Elleanor. She will also be missed by her brother John Adkins, sister-in-laws Betty Nobel and Mary Goff and many nieces and nephews.
