HAYES, VIOLET L., 88, of Crestwood, returned home to her Heavenly Father October 31, 2012.
She attended First Baptist Church of Fisherville. She was a homemaker and caregiver of children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; and her husband, Joseph M. Hayes.
She is survived by her daughter and caregiver, Joy Husband (David); son, Larry Arnett; brothers, Paul and Ervin Syfert; sister, Virginia Roberts; grandchildren, Dave Husband (Valerie) and Heidi Simpson(Bryan); and great grandchildren, Damon, Mason, Hallie Jo and Tate.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood. Burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
